Wrong size advertised

I ordered 3 items advertised as for 12 month old. Just received my order and to my horrible surprise the items would NOT fit a 12 day old child. Chatted with someone from Macy's but items were labeled as "last act" or such. Why, Macy's, would you false advertise?
