Very poor quality and disappointing customer serv

I’m extremely disappointed with this Levi’s hoodie purchased from Macy’s. The fabric started pilling badly after only a few wears. The item was never washed, and the care tag is still in perfect condition, yet it already looks worn out and cheap. For a brand like Levi’s, this level of quality is unacceptable. The hoodie lost its appearance almost immediately, which clearly points to poor fabric quality. What made the experience even worse was Macy’s customer service. Despite the return window being open in my account, I was denied a refund and repeatedly told to go to a Levi’s store — even though the item was purchased directly online from Macy’s. This back-and-forth felt unprofessional and very frustrating. I would not recommend this product, and unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider shopping for Levi’s items at Macy’s in the future. ☑️ I would NOT recommend this product

Cute

This little Hoodie has to be one of the cutest things I've ever seen. It is very stylish for my younger child. The colors are very vibrant. The embroidery on the front is very well made. The colored bands on the upper arms are stretchy. The bottom of the sleeves are bubbled out to give this top a very unique look. It fits my child very well. There is room to wear a shirt under it without it being tight or uncomfortable. We are extremely happy with this product.
