Delivered wrong item

Macys is a sham. They sent me the wrong item. Completely wrong btw. I was advised to return the incorrect item and my jeans would be on their way. Well they lied. Not only did I not get my item I was charged and spent 2 weeks getting a refund. Buyer be ware Macys is headed to be the next Sears. Poor customer satisfaction.
