Neck too wide, length too short on me

5'6", thin, straight build. Ordered a Small and it fits okay, but neck is too wide from side to side, even though front of neck is fine. Hit top of my hip, and everytime I lift my arm it rides up, exposing me to cool to cold air. Love the gorgeous blue color and the Levi logo with jeans. Sleeves go to wrist, but not sure after washed. Soft inside and out, warm and cozy. Great that it'sPrice machine washable. Thought of trying Medium, but price is high even on sale. Great sweatshirt if you can get a fit. ;-)
