Online order disaster

I ordered a total of 5 dark denim jeans. The first delivery I received 2 light colored jeans and the rest of the order received the package was opened and received 2 of the remaining 3 dark denim jeans. One of the 2 jeans was also light in color. I’ve ordered online several times and never have I received what I did not order, or missing product. Disappointed the package received was completely opened and that may be why I am missing a pair.
