Best jean shorts ever!

I got two pair of the 405 jean shorts with stretch waist to replace two other pairs of non-stretch jean shorts I got rid of. These are the most comfortable jean shorts I've ever worn! I will never go back to non-stretch. Thanks Levi's for carrying these great shorts!

Dig them, pls make in black 100% cotton 405 short.

These shorts are pretty great. If Levi 505 jeans fit you well, these will too, or at least they do for me. They are slim on my legs but not tight, and leave room for movement and are cut a little above my knee. I really wish they made black ones in 100% cotton, or maybe get some hemp going in this 405 fit. I dislike elastic / lycra in jeans or shorts, it ends up stretching out permanently with time and never comes back to shape, then just looks worn our rather than worn in like 100% cottons jeans do, and I don't think the fabric with elastic can then be recycled. The waist on my 100% cotton 32s has expanded a bit tho, so now I need to wear my belt, which I'd rather not have to do, but the 31s were too small. Overall I really like them though, they are the best fitting jeans shorts I can find right now if you like your shorts not baggy and not real tight.
