Do not trust Macys website.

They evidently use the old bate and switch routine. They show on their website that they have 1 in stock at a local store. I needed the Levi’s ASAP and they were the only store showing my size in stock. I was set to pick them up that afternoon. I waited for a confirmation indicating they were ready for pickup but it never came. The next day I received an email stating they couldn’t fill my order but would be happy to ship them to me with free shipping. Well, what was I going to do now except say, OK! It turns out now that it will take 9, that’s right, nine days to get here and that’s not guaranteed. There are all kinds of stores that will ship them for free and some offer 20 to 40 percent discount coupons. Be certain I will not fall for that again and will avoid Macy’s altogether. I recommend you shop elsewhere if you want your item sooner rather than later. Don’t trust them for any time sensitive gifts.

Mix up with receiving Levis Mens 501 Jeans.

The wrong merchandise was delivered. When reporting the mix-up, there was lots of background noise on the other end of the line making it difficult to hear what was being said. First I was told to print a return label and then told not to since UPS was going to pick up the returning package and I was not going to hand deliver to a Macy store. I'm left with questions about when UPS will come to pick up?
