No Customer Service, No Updated Tracking Info

Not for the product, for the lack of customer service. I received a notice that the pants were delivered early last week but they were not. I talked to the virtual chat twice and what I assume were human beings twice and each chat resulted in a different date on which the package would arrive. While very polite, the "customer service" agents I chatted with were completely unhelpful and could not provide meaningful updates or a new tracking number so I may have to cancel the order.
