shipping is terrible

I will not order other items from Macy's if you use USPS. The reason I bought this item was said would be here by Thursday October 17th. Then it said the 18th finally got it the on the 19th. The USPS service is terrible they put that item was delivered on the 18th at 4:57 pm. I received on the 19th they basically lie about when orders are delivered so you thinkbit did the right delivery WRONG.
