Selvedge jeans

I’m an older man who’s been searching for a good pair of jeans without the worn/faded look. I’ve purchased many jeans out of necessity and just had to settle. Recently I found Levi’s (the jeans I grew up with) in a pair of 511 Selvedge slim fit jeans. These by far our the best jeans that you can buy today at a reasonable price. I liked them so much, I just ordered another pair the same day.

Misleading

I read the description very carefully to make sure that distress and tear were mentioned significantly near the knee. But no That’s why i had purchased two of them and they did come like the photo. Who shops based on photos?

Buy Bigger!

Good material and well-made, but did not fit as expected like other jeans that I have with similar measurements. It would have probably been best to buy a size up. Unfortunately, as per their website, the item is non-returnable. This is why I generally don’t like to buy clothes online and probably won’t be doing so again in a hurry.

Great fit and fun versatility

First pair of “ripped” jeans and I love them. I see cool boots, funky t-shirt and casual blazer (my version of “dressy casual”). Another great value from Macy’s!

Jeans had tears in the knees, I could not discern that from pic or would not have bought.
