Customer Service Complaint

Went to store to try on the Levi’s jeans. I bought two pairs that fit perfectly. I started to take the tags off and noticed one pair had stitching missing on the inside. I returned them to Customer Service and was given a hard time about removing the tags. I had the removed tags with me. I was told that there is a new rule about taking the tags off and returning them. Customer Service told me that they cannot sell them now. Why would you want to sell them when the stitching is missing? If this is the new policy I wlll not be shopping at Macys anymore.

Messy!

We were looking for a pair of jeans for my husband and went to the Macy store in Naples, FL. The men’s department was a disaster! We found one table where you could find the jeans folded so you can look for the size easily. The others were carelessly laid on the tables which made it difficult to see the sizes. All the while we saw two associates in the department at the check out doing nada. I worked for Macys during a Christmas season (not in Naples) and if we were slow, we were told to get busy making our section look good for prospective shoppers. We refolded bath towels neatly and made sure it was appealing. I’ve never ever seen jeans so haplessly thrown on tables. We bought another pair of jeans at another store in the. All and when we left, we returned the ones we bought in Macys.

Remove the anti-theft tag before shipping!

The jeans are great and fit my son perfectly. Unfortunately, they still had an anti-theft device on them, which has to be removed professionally, and the closest Macy's to me is over 100 miles away!

Great Fit for Me with A Variety of Sizes

The fit of jeans is a personal thing, but Levis 541s work very well for me. I am particularly pleased that Levis offers waist sizes every inch in my size range. Many manufacturers do not offer a 37-inch waist, but, since I have lost a little weight, being able to drop from a 38-inch waist to a 37-inch waist was perfect for me.
