Horrible customer service

I ordered before the Christmas cutoff and still came in after Christmas. This happened with a few items and when I went in store to return since the items came in late I was told since I ordered online that the value of the items were only 1 cent! They couldn’t explain why the value decreased so much just said that’s how it is. Very unhappy with my purchases. Calling customer service is even worse.
