Good product, good experience

Simple, quick, friendly and professional pickup experience with Macy's customer service. The pants are exactly as described, look and fit great. My only gripe is with the excessive cost of clothing (and basically everything these days) -- if I did not use Fetch receipt scanner to earn gift cards, I would never shop at your store because it's unaffordable for me 😔
