Somewhat disappointed

I’ve bought several pairs of Levi’s sneakers over the years and have always been happy with them. However, I’m a bit disappointed with the quality of the pair I received last week. There’s a noticeable notch or split in the white rubber sole, like it’s either cracked or wasn’t glued properly. I’m concerned this might affect how long the shoes last or let in water or dirt over time.
