Was not what I ordered!

I ordered the all Black coat and collar but received black coat with off white collar. I ordered the all black with RED Levis tag as pictured but i received all Black Levis tag. Looks like my order was filled with the closet available option other than what is pictured for the all Black w/ red levis tag version.
