Shoes showed up dirty and scuffed

These shoes I ordered showed up with a weird piece of green plaster stuck on the back of the shoe. When I scraped it off, it took the finish with it. You can see it on the left side of the picture. AND the Levi’s logo had dirt on the V. Also, weird stains on the front. Oh well.
