Half of order ready for pick up!

Only half of what I ordered and paid for apparently arrived for pick-up. Hoodie is ready but no pants! Ordered a hoodie and pants set.

Not exactly what appears in image

The sweatshirt is very comfortable and cozy. The quality is very nice and it is definitely the type of style I've been looking for. My biggest gripe is that the trim in the photo shows a dark brown and milky brown on the tan sweatshirt. When I got it, the trim was a tan that blends in with the rest of the sweatshirt. It's not a deal breaker, but I am a little let down that the image isn't exactly what I got. Sweatshirt runs big! I usually wear mediums and got a small. It's still fairly baggy, but not bad.

Wide enough for the entire family

Material is thin and the sizing is short got an XXL cause I’m an athletic build but the XXL applied to only the width and I’m pretty sure my belly button will be seeing the snow in this hoodie. Can’t stress enough QC QC
