Worst experience with online payment

This is the worst experience ever. I paid for the order and money had been taken out from my bank account. 3 days after, they cancelled the order and still not received my refund until now. I reached out to customer service but they couldn’t help. Please don’t buy from Marcy’s online

Poor Quality with Zero Cushion

Poor quality control. Got these delivered to me exactly three days ago. On the second day of wearing these, I noticed rubber sole separated from the shoe. I wrote these for maybe 3-4 hours total. Also, these have literally zero cushioning. Feel like you're walking on a wooden floor bare foot.
