Decent hat terrible service

The hat it’s on the smaller side, however it was perfect for what I needed, the problem was that they didn’t bother to pack it and ship it in a box but in a bag, so you can imagine it arrived all squashed. I put filling inside for like a 2 weeks hoping it would get fixed, but it didn’t work. I returned it.
