Disappointed

I only gave a 1 star rating because I received the incorrect size for my order. I ordered an XXL and received an XL. I checked my order and shipping label and BOTH clearly stated XXL. This was very disappointing because I had purchased this coat as a Christmas present. It’s quite obvious something happened prior to the item being packed/shipped to me. I’ve had a Macy’s account for years and have grown to expect better customer care than this.

Misleading

I purchased the olive bandana and the colors does not match the image at all. The patterns similiar yes. but each square ⬛ in the image is a defining green separate from the rest of the coat. Everything is just one monotone color. This is very different from what was shown in the image.

Very warm and fashionable

My grandson just loves his early Christmas gift. It's cold here so I gave it to him early. He says it is extremely warm and he feels like he is in a fashion show. I got it in the olive green.

Great Winter Coat

Great Winter coat. Very good length. The coat is a little heavy which is great. Nice padding. Feels great and sturdy. Has two large pockets and one pocket inside of the coat. Wish it had more pockets. Really nice coat. Love it!!!
