Jacket was not what was advertised on website

I ordered the jacket being shown in you picture (still being shown) with the grey and black even in the description, and I got a full black jacket, completely different with same sku number. Macy's is not what it used to be. It's gotten so much worse. Do you care about customer retention anymore?

Nice Jacket but does not match color description

That jacket is nice but it does not match the described color in the photo. Photo displays a black jacket with grey shoulder padding which I liked. The jacket was all black with an olive green inner lining which I was not much in favor. This product is a final sale so I cannot return the item
