Too big and non-fundable

These are way too big for my fiancée. I was not paying attention when I purchased it and didn’t realize it’s non refundable. Now I don’t know what to do with these pants!

BE CAREFUL OF LAST ACT

The jeans are nice but too big. Tags still on but can't return because they are last act. They are cut really big, not true to size. It was a Christmas gift and I had to go out and buy another pair from somewhere else. Extra money spent and cannot return, exchange or get my money back. I used my credit card and paid the bill. So disappointed. Can't buy last act online ever again. Not sure if it will fit and don't ever want to go through this again.
