Leather Jacket

So I get the jacket. The security tag is still on it! Call customer service. Th.ey tell me to take to the nearest store. Ummm that's 6 hrs away!! This is a Christmas gift! Your customer service is down the tubes! There's no way to get a replacement by Christmas. And does anyone speak English??? I'm having a hard time wondering if I'll ever shop Macys again!
