Terrible return policy even with receipts

I have to purchase pants for my two sons and return what does not work. Every time I make a return at Macys I have to fight for the full refund amount even with a recent receipt. I am tired of it an will no longer be buying anything at Macys

Misleading color in model pic

The deep aloe color is more of a light olive green. The model picture looks more like a kaki color. Returning.

Great casual khakis!!

These pants are fantastic! I bought them In size 32x34 for my son who is 6’ 3”, 195 lbs, And they fit literally perfectly. So much so that as soon as I saw them on him, I hopped online and bought him two more pairs in different colors.
