Decent but not ideal for men

I'm a guy and bought this. I'm 5'9 weight around 140-150 and got the size large. It's tight around the arms and shoulders but loose below the knees (not tapered). I wish they made these in mens to mitigate this issue for me but I can still pull it off. The drawstrings are completely unnecessary and the sleeves are too short for me (they extent to right below my hands).
