Nice but BIG

I bought a large, but it was too big. The torso is small, while the arms are huge! I wanted to size down, but unfortunately, they didn’t have a medium.

Way too Big

I usually wear a medium which is what I had ordered. But it was way too big! I checked to make sure it wasn't a men's coat. It wasn't! Now I have to ship it back because the closest Macy to me is closing and not taking returns.
