Nice Jacket / Poor Service

I'm only giving 3 stars because even though the jacket itself is nice, it was shipped with the security tag still attached. I do not have a Macy's within 150 miles of me to have it removed. Macy's did refund me $10 for the inconvenience but it was not easy finding another store who would remove the tag for me.

VERY large for the size. I usually wear an XL but this XL fit like a XXXL! Recommend sizing down at least two sizes.

Runs large

I had to return twice as I usually wear an xl. Took back, got a L. Still too big. Got a medium today. Good fit but immediately when unsnapping, the snap came off and put a hole in the material. I am reluctantly keeping. I expected better from this brand. I hope none of the other snaps do this! I've never had this happen before.
