Very cute but a little odd on me

I found these on clearance in a size 29. I’m usually a 27-28 but tried them on anyway. They almost fit in the waist (a little loose) but are a little big in the legs. The butt doesn’t look too bad all considering. They are super comfortable, a cute neutral summer color, and a perfect length (mid thigh, I’m 5’6). Overall, I like them. Not sure i would pay full price. Maybe though.

Tight at waist and very loose every where else. I sized up.
