True size levis womens hottie sweatshirt size medium. Very comfortable and soft to the touch. I hoping to buy the bottom, but unfortunately, they didn't have them!😑

Not happy

Ordered 4 hoodies. They came in a package HEAVILY perfumed. All the hoodies had a strong perfume odor. I aired them out for one day. No change in odor. I washed 2 of them twice, each time with extra rinse. Very little change in scent and some pills on them from going through the cycle so much. The guest room I placed the hoodies in smelled like this perfume odor the moment I stepped into the room. No way they could have been packaged without employee absolutely knowing it. I returned the 2 unwashed hoodies and now I have 2 hoodies I will probably donate to someone who can handle the heavy odor. SOOOOO disappointed. Not what I expect from Macys.

Poor service

This hoodie arrived with an ink security tag attached. Called customer service (as the closest retail Macy store is 60 miles from me) and after much discussion, I was instructed to return item via UPS and another hoodie would be sent out in 1-2 day priority delivery. Returned item and received UPS confirmation of delivery to Macy’s. No further communication and the item was not received. Again, called customer service and after a great deal of wasted time, again, explaining the issue… was told the item was no longer available and I would be refunded. We shall see if that happens as I have received, again , no email follow up on that conversation which has been my experience is customary when online issues occur. Poor, poor customer service!!
