Cardigan sweater

I ordered this online, when i opened the package it was in a plastic bag the bag was dusty and when i took out the sweater it had light blue ink stains on it in 5 areas of the sweater. I washed because I didn’t have time to return it, the stains came out except for one. It’s a cute sweater .
