Empty Package With No Resolution

I received an empty package. I had to call Macys customer service three times regarding this matter and 3 of the representatives were unwilling to understand this situation. Macys customer service did not resolve the matter and took the payment for an empty package delivered although I am a regular customer who continuously buys from online. Will try to never shop at Macys after this incident.
