Received the wrong size

I ordered a larger size. Since the size for this style tends to run really small. So, I ordered 33 and received a 32. I could not send it back.

Wrong size sent twice.

Twice I have ordered size 33 pants and Macy’s sent me size 32. I ordered size 33, they sent size 32, I took them back and then ordered again the size 33 only to receive size 32 again. Size 33 must not be available and the app needs to be updated.
