Rise seems inconsistent

I decided to try these after having success with the super low boot cut. But with the same size selected, somehow these are just feeling tighter and lower than super-low if that's possible. Maybe the waist is less generous but I ordered both the same size and super low boot cut pair feel much better than these though I love flare look better. Hoping these will stretch somehow though it's been at least 10 wears by now. I end up changing mid day cause my stomach hurts.

Quite simply the best pair of jeans I have from Levi’s…. and I have many. Fit perfectly ( size down) perfect length lovely denim I’m buying in every colour. And I’m 58 wearing super low flare jeans like I used to 😍
