Disappointed in Product
AC didn't heat or cool but straight ahead. Stopped working after less than 2 years, have to call a repair person. Cost too much to stop working so fast.

Adequate for intended space
The first unit was damaged upon receipt, and was not able to be fixed. I was refunded for that unit. I ordered another unit. It arrived timely. It does work, but does not cool the space as well or as quickly as I would like. We tried the heater and it seems to run ok, but due to the fact that it's still summer and hot out, we did not leave it on too long.

The noisiest Air conditioner I’ve ever owned
Rattles every time the air condenser comes on. Horrible air conditioner!

Exceeded Expectations
LT1037HNR through the wall unit was easy to install. It worked better than expected in both cool and heat functions. It operates quietly and efficiently. We are pleased with this unit in all aspects.

Nice AC unit
My old unit in our garage apartment went out at the start of this Texas heat wave a month ago. Bought this unit and the LG wall sleeve separately (the instructions for the wall sleeve were lacking and added frustration to this install but that’s a different review I guess). Had to do some modifications to the wall due to the old unit being rather large comparatively to the LG unit but the unit itself was pretty straight forward to install with a little confusion with the instructions based on which sleeve you were using. Only took about 30 minutes to cool down the whole apartment from the 115 + Temps.

I bought air condtioner a month ago and I love it cools down my room very quickly and is very quiet.

Room Addition
After ordering and paying for this units, I waited over six months to get it.The unit is to loud and I have to turn up the TV to hear it. This was installed in a 11' x 10' well insulated new addition and doesn't do a good job of heating or cooling. If it wasn't for the room construction built specifically for this unit I would sent it back. I now have use an additional space heater.

It's Great!!!
It's a great product. It's easy to install. Comes with all of the hardware that you need: the installation foam, the trim bracket and it also comes with a remote and batteries. The AC also has a built in heater so in the winter time I can run my heat off the AC. The bonus is the remote. I don't have to get up and down to turn it on and off.
