I bought this about 3 weeks ago before some +90 degree weather. Cools off my parlor, dining room, and kitchen very quickly and quietly. Hot weather continues here in the northeast.

Great AC
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit gets the job done. Really quiet, you don't have to turn up the tv when it's on. Energy saving mode and the fan on level 2 keeps our entire first floor cool, about 800 sq ft.

Surprised and delighted
I had the unit installed a couple weeks ago in New York City. It is the quietest air conditioner I've ever had and cools the room effectively. I bought a Friedrich at the same time and regret not having bought the same unit for the bedroom.

Badly designed Remote
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1 yr ago, great cooling AC but!! the remote is most terrible!!! is tiny and is LCD display screen is extra tiny! at night is hard to see if not seeing at all (one has to turn the lights on) so if you're using this on your Theater room is a "No go" besides needs to be pointed directly at the unit....! so if you do not want to use the App Thinq then you are in trouble..........my old Friedrich remote was much better.

Ok but design for install poor
I bought this unit a week ago. It performs very well and cools the rooms very nice. My biggest complaint would be in the assembly of the unit. The two piece design is terrible, and installation was a nightmare compared to installing a traditional ac. This design didnt improve anything. It made it worse..

Missing bracket causes a racket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would love to give this 5 stars however there is a bracket missing from the bottom of the case which holds the side curtains so I have not been able to use it yet. I tried to order it and they sent me a new case with out the brackets on the top and bottom. Waiting for the pice a second time has been almost a month
