Horrible installation process
Installation is ridiculous; making you disassemble the entire unit housing to install the side panels is absolutely the most horrible engineering decision for an end-user product.

Cools room fast!
This LG window AC cools the room fast, which is a huge plus during those super hot days. The included remote makes it really easy to control, and it comes with some nice features that are simple to use. One thing to keep in mind is that it is pretty big, so installation might take a bit of effort, especially if you’re doing it solo. But once it’s in place, it works great and keeps the space nice and cool. Overall, a solid, reliable AC that does exactly what you need it to.

Nice AC unit
The box itself was heavy but this is a great air conditioner especially since you can control how cool you want it to be and it has wonderful features. Installation was fairly easy and I like the fact it has a power saver mode too.

Super Cool Unit
This window unit feels so boujee lol. I absolutely love it. My husband installed it and didn’t have any complaints, so the installation was pretty easy- which is a plus because some units are such pains to put into the window. I feel like the air quality is great and the noise level of this unit is pretty normal- definitely on the quieter side- which I prefer. The smart features are chefs kiss. I love being able to control it via my phone and by voice! If you’re in the market for an amazing AC unit? Consider LG. It’s exceeded all of my expectations 😌

Quiet yet powerful
I received the LG Medium AC from this program. Perfect timing since summer is right around the corner. It is great for my bedroom, I would recommend for people with small-medium sized rooms. It’s pretty quiet and the remote adds convenience.

Powerful and perfect for hot summers
We are obsessed with this ac this summer and our kids are honestly so jealous 😭 It's 12000 btu's of crisp cold wonderfulness and really makes a difference in the 80+ midwest heat. I love that I'm able to pair it with my Alexa and Google!! It's also touch screen!

VERY POWERFUL
Very nice AC. The perfect size for my small room. It comes with a remote control and you can also use your phone to control it. It is very very powerful and cools my room quickly. The noise is not too bad either. I love that it saves energy! Love it!!
