Solid but expensive
Pros: - it is a great size and shape for productivity tasks (I am doing software development) - easy on eyes - great connection to MacBook. Run on native resolution - it looks awesome - built-in speakers are ok-ish. But I switched to external ones. Cons: - you will see pixels if you come from a 4k 27" monitor. It is not very cool when working with texts whole day. I am still seeing them, after 1 month of use. The worst is light text on dark background (which is the most of the text I see in my case) - you need to decide on USB-C connection whether it is optimized for data or image. When optimized for image, your data interface is slow. For example, Ethernet connection is capped at around 40-50 MB per second. Optimized for data gets full speed (250+ MB in my case) but at cost of picture quality. Overall I give 4 stars due to its price. It is not a cheap monitor.

Built for Business and Pleasure
Thoroughly enjoy this monitor, easy setup and excellent solution for a laptop display or as a display for 2 computers at once. Refreshrate is beautiful at 144 and drops to 60hz when in side by side splitscreen mode. But still quite sharp and easy to read text. Nice no-compromise features for business and pleasure.

my second curved IPS panel monitor from LG
This is my second curved monitor from LG (had a 34 inch curve. Totally love it. The higher refresh rate helps. Words are sharper and moving graphics are smooth when running 4k movies/ videos. Yet to try how it fairs for a 8k movie.

The Great IMAX!
Ports could be relocated to the dide edge, rathercthzn at the bottom edge. Easier to see and to plug in. Speakers could be a bit more powerful. Other than that, very happy with wider screen that allows me to view 3 web pages simultaneously.

Consistent problem with burn in
After having this monitor for 3 and a half years, I've had to replace the mother board twice because of burn in issues where I'd continue to see faint images of my previous windows even after I unplug the HDMI or thunderbolt cable! Definitely would not recommend this monitor. Big flaw for the price.

Great monitor
This is a very sharp, crisp monitor that I use for desk work mostly. I would recommend it to others.
