We bought one of these and it died in a couple of years. Colours are lacklustre and we could not get proper Dolby atmos. Have since bought a Panasonic UB820 and it leaves the LG in the dust. Anyone considering the LG should save their money and just go buy the Panasonic instead.

Trouble with Player
We have sent the 4k player out to be serviced after a few months the player would not recognize or read any disc that was attempted to play.

Easy Set Up
I've had about a month. Really works great. Nice playback features, loads quicky. easy to understand menus.

Terrible player
This player has given me issues since I bought it a year ago. I’ve tried software updates and replacing the hdmi cable and nothing has worked. I also recently upgraded my tv to the LG C2 and somehow it’s gotten worse. It stutters and freezes with hdr10 discs and with Dolby vision it causes weird Shadowy artifacts all over the screw
