Quiet unit
We bought this unit about a month ago. We are very pleased with how quiet it is. IIt heats out home excellently as long as the outside temperature is above 30°.

Heat is great
We bought this for heat in our sunroom and it is awesome, the air is powerful also but I just live this for the heat.Not a bad price either

Quiet and efficient
I bought this because I live in an older home and needed a little extra heat and cool at different times. It can get very cold, but takes a little longer for the heat to work as well. Overall, I hope it’s good product since I have only used it for a short time.

does great at cooling
bought this to replace a smaller btu air conditioner. plus this one also has the heat option which will be great thru the winter months.i am surprized that it alone keeps the house nice and cool
