Pushes larger crumbs

I’ve had this vacuum for 3 years, paid quite a bit for it. I really like the Kompressor feature when it worked I could clean a little bit longer before emptying it out, however about a year after The Kompressor and button came apart, since then, when I wanted to empty it, I have to pull the internal filter out to get all of the junk out. There were also often times when stuff got lodged over the compressor and then caused the clog, so I would have to take the internal filter out to pick all of the dirt and dog hair out. The brush head is horrible on hard flooring, all it does is push the larger particles around since the front of the brush head attachment is so low. It also bothered me that it had no light, yet the mop attachment has a light. I gave up using it on hard floor now I just use my vacuum mop from another brand to do both in one. I love that it has a separate battery so if you are out of battery, you could swap them out. I only use the mop attachment a handful of times it was in my favorite. It did the job, but I just prefer mops. I can do more than one function.

High price, low performance

Great for hardwood, tile or anything but carpet. It is horrible with carpet. The vacuum has basic suck power, nothing powerful. Things get trappend in the tubing before it gets to the bin or it gets stuck in the neck to the bin, or it gets stuck above the plunger ring and you have to take it all apart to remove debris. It is really horrible product, especially at the price point. Removeable batteries is the reason i bought it over a new Dyson. Had a Dyson for years, I will go back.

Great Vacuum

I got this as a Birthday present this year, and I loved it it worked really really good for about two months and then for some reason the suction and everything stopped working but LG has an amazing service team and they’re paying for it to be shipped back to them to be fixed so I’m hoping with that being resolved everything goes back out was it’s an awesome product on I probably would’ve stuck to just a vacuum and not the vacuum/mop Because I really do like my cedar spin mop but the vacuum itself has a really good suction and really great vacuum to choose if you just want it for your house and not a big vacuum that you have to plug-in/have a cord.

On the fence

Performance is good. Mop feature is good. I just wish I had a furniture accessory. I called to purchase one and was told they don't have them anymore. I like the ease of a stick vacuum. It's a little bit lighter than the Dyson. I also just purchased an LG washer and dryer.

Suction is poor

My first cord zero that I purchased three years ago is great, however this one that I bought last year was much different-it has very little suction.

Love it!

Bought this to replace my dead Dyson that I had a lot of problems with. I love this vacuum so far. My only complaint is that YOU CANT BUY THE SMALLER POWERED BRUSH FOR IT ANYWHERE!!!! please make this available and then this vacuum would be perfect.
