I have had this vacuum for at least 3 years... maybe longer. I have a very harry dog, an indoor cat and live in the country with lots of sand. A game changer is to keep the internals clean, I swap out the washable filter about every other week then clean the dirty one and allow it to dry. Canned air works great too. The inside comes apart easily for cleaning. I purchased because my sister recommended. She has a few year older model, it is still working well. I am in the market for one for my son- a house warming gift. I will only be purchasing an LG.

Terrible vacuum
This vacuum became plugged the first and each time I used it. The chamber for vacuumed materials is tiny. There is a silly lever to compress what enters the chamber that doesn't do much good. Terrible vacuum.

Best ever
I love this vacuum the suction is fabulous I got rid of my larger vacuum when I saw how well this worked. Was shocked however that the battery in handle died already and my vacuum isn’t even a year old. However you sent me a new one quickly and I’m off again

Disappointed
I was so excited to finally have a cordless vacuum that has a beater attachment not to mention the other cool features like auto bag emptying (it's not called that ;-). The problem is that it also beats my hard wood floors, which is unnecessary and over time will scratch my floors. Additionally, when on the hard surface it make a horrible loud vibrating noise, which it doesn't do on carpet because carpet absorbs the sound and vibration. I'm totally disappointed that these things weren't better thought out, especially coming from LG, which I hold as a highly regarded brand.

So far it's good experience. Battery is okay. Wish it can be bit better for carpet cleaning like other wired vacuums.

Lg wireless Vaccum
I brought this item. Due to my Dyson broken every two to three. visit friend house saw the item and try out the vacuum. work great and less noise while vacuuming. love the adjustable rod for height.
