Good monitor but not Great.

The display is average, don't get me wrong, but at 330 nits it's far from bright. I'm used to OLED vivid color and extreme blacks and brightness. Saying that, the colors on this monitor are decent not anywhere near OLED level. I have nothing but OLED LG screens in my house, B9 65in, C2 42in, 45in OLED LG gaming monitor, and a 32in 4k 1080p LG gaming monitor. I am a huge LG fan. But this display slightly disappoints. What I really like about the monitor is the 2k resolution and the power draw from a single usb-c cable connected to your pc. I wish this monitor had the option for a faster refresh rate, capped at 60hz, to be able to do some decent gaming, but looks like that is not possible. For what it offers i believe it's a bit expensive and there are other options out there with better functionality. This works well for my use, work as a second monitor, but anything other then work related..... I would chose another monitor. At thus point I am thinking of returning it and by a Uperfect portable monitor that cost about the same as this and offers 500 nits, 3k, OLED, 120hz, and higher color accuracy plus 0.1ms even gaming. Though I would recommend for a normal portable monitor that you don't expect too much from. We are mainly paying for the name here. It only comes with a stand, which is also very flimsy. The coating on screen is flat and does not reflect much lighting. The resolution and screen and decent for reading and typing as the text does look sharp. Would recommend, not for muti use (work, entertainment, play)

Awesome Monitor

I absolutely love this monitor. It even comes with a folio/stand with one magnetic end. You can fold it into a triangle and place it behind the monitor several different ways to get your preferred viewing angle. I prefer a more upright position that what they have pictured so I place mine vertically behind the monitor instead of horizontally. And as a bonus, you can unfold the folio stand and use it to cover the monitor when you travel. The small magnetic end would fold around to the back. I place the unfolded folio stand between the laptop screen and the laptop and place them in the bag together. It's barely over 1/4" thick. Also, you can connect the USBc cable to either side of the monitor depending on whether you prefer it to the left or right of the laptop. I have mine paired with an LG Gram 17" laptop and although the laptop screen is slightly wider than the portable one, there's really very little difference. There's a brightness control on the side of the monitor and you can control scale, resolution, and orientation via software settings. My LG Gram has a USBc port that I can connect the monitor to but I prefer to connect them both via an IVIIN Thunderbolt 4 Docking Station (Dual Monitor 4K or Single 8K@60Hz). There's several extra ports for connecting other things like charging your watch or phone.

I love it! Its easy to setup by using usb-c cable provided in the box. The LG switch app gives you flexibility to rotate the screen, very slim and very portable, the picture quality is brilliant so far no issues whatsoever! I do recommend it for remote working and much more!

been using it while traveling for over a year now and it has always worked well, much better than trying to rely on an ipad as the second monitor
