Not so happy with this.

I bought this about a month ago and it works great - sometimes. It seems to work when it wants to and works well then. I'm having to remove the CD/DVD and re-insert it to get it to restart where it left off. Love it when it works well, but not happy with the starting and stopping.

Great While it Works - Flimsy

Got this and it worked great. Next time I needed it, the tray door would not open. Have done everything to try and get it to open, short of smashing the thing. So the transport is Cheap and Flimsy it is not worth the portability of the unit. Don't Waste Your Money, get something better

a bit disappointed though

The packaging indicated it was for Mac, and it plays media but the software CD included is for PC only so I had to go to a website and download some software which will only let me duplicate 5 minutes of a DVD. I have limited computer skills and so I need to maybe go to the library to get help with the copy process. I would have liked more user friendly assistance than being directed to a couple websites.

Purchased 3.5 months ago and it is DEAD! It had a bad vibration from the start and was very noisy. Plastic case and flimsy tray. I wish I would have done more research instead of just assuming that all LG products were adequate quality. Now I have to go and get another one today to do my taxes.
