Disappointed at the discontinuation of theses

The good: battery life after 7 Months of use it lasts 14 hrs on average still, not max volume. Durability is decent, i work in manufacturing and they've held up sofar, the sound is decent enough for audio books. However i cane to purchase a spare/replacement and fond out you discontinued all of the neckband style headsets which are the only type of headphones / earbuds that don't give me grief in a 12+hour shift 3+ days a week.

LG NP3 cracks after a few months of light use

Purchased this on Nov 24 2024. Light use, mostly while walking my dog. Within a month, hairline fractures began to appear on both sides. A couple months later, small chunks fell off, also on both sides. Yesterday one of the sides split open. My previous LG Tone lasted 5 years. I wonder what they did to make these so much less durable.

Bad redesign

The LG Tone has good sound, but the redesign is a mess. Instead of previously having 6 buttons split between both sides of the headset they reconfigured it to be 3 buttons on one side that are supposed to work as well as the previous design. Unfortunately combining uses for the same buttons means that multiple functions do NOT work well at all, & you have to adjust things manually on the phone itself.

That are not good!!!

Not a fan anymore. I’ve had three LG headset all did the same thing. Would charge but not power on. I have had this current pair Tone-NP3C less than a year and have used them at most 6 times and won’t work. I’m done with LG headphones!!!

Yes, good headphones for the price

These headphones exceeded my expectations the batteries are great. the sound quality is great. I only give it four stars because it will randomly disconnect from Bluetooth. I turned them off and turn it back on and it connect instantly. I’ve had these for a year and I use them probably 90 to 100 hours a week.

Speakers doesn't last long

Great headphones, but breaks within 2 to 3 months. 2nd pair I've received still have the same problem. Speakers starts going until it's completely muted.
