LG should be ashamed. Imaginary display.

Awful product that no one should ever try to buy. If you like a display to... display at any resolution or refresh rate, to have the physical panel in front of you, with the connectivity it has. The dimensions on your desk, easily measurable. Then don't buy this because you will have purchased it from LG. And LG does not provide this experience. They have chosen a more, and I quote, "Seamless" experience. One where they give you whatever they want to no matter what you pay them. Then they'll hold onto your money anyway. Bad product by a terrible company.

false advertising

LG advertises promotions they don’t actually honor. They display discount codes on their own product pages, yet refuse to accept the same codes during the active promo window. Their pricing promotions are misleading and not applied as advertised.

Bad product backed by the exact same level of serv

This monitor will come to represent everything that LG consistently does to simultaneously their customers. Not only is this a ghost display you likely won't ever enjoy it. That's exactly how the product is provided to you. No recourse. LG wants us to grovel and beg for them to care.

LG lies about their price promotions. They will post promotional codes right on their own product web site, and the not owner their own promotion code, from their own website, right in the middle of their own promotional period.

Discovering my use case

Probably overkill for me too as a monitor since I am not a gamer but use this for work and some music production. I bought this because the price seemed reasonable for the size and specs. Just know this is not the model with USB-C port. It was easy to assemble and overall pretty light panel for its size, but hopefully that doesn't mean the build quality is subpar. But also size-wise, I wish the screen were taller than the aspect ratio since I am using the included stand (shorter than my natural eye level) vs buying a new adjustable monitor stand. So since this monitor is brand new to me as of today I need to dial in the display resolution and colors. When I first turned on the monitor the image is pretty washed out and text isn't crisp. So I'll have to figure things out or do more monitor type research. There isn't a lot of youtube reviews on this model in case you are looking.

Good panel but shocking build quality

Good panel but shocking build quality with cheap plastic bezels. Need to take some sandpaper to de-burr the plastic. Horrible to look at daily. The panel gap is very inconsistent and it feels like a cheap knock off - definitely not what I expected from LG

From Alienware to LG UltraGear

Beautiful! Purchased for PC gaming, after using Alienware for so many years, I would definitely recommend the LG as the panoramic view sure is impressive!. Curve is perfect and the size doesn't effect my overall playing during PVP, I feel I can see so much more detail when locating an opponent. The best feature for me is how the screen adjusts to lighting and the Black Stabiliser Mode, as I have bad eyesight (-5) the screen on my eyes feels soothing and comfortable. No eye strain.I can also plug my headphones in, and I love how it's easily adjustable moving the screen up, down or tilting towards me.
