Returned Shoe. No Refund

Save yourself the headache of dealing with this seller. I returned this shoe because it did not fit well. I received an email telling me that I would get a refund. I've called Macy's twice so far, its been over a month and I still have not received my refund. They are a scam. If you need a refund, forget it. Consider your payment a donation because you won't get your refund.
