Must have when traveling

Great so far
I just started taking this a few weeks ago and it has made a difference. We were gone on vacation and my energy and endurance seemed so much better. I plan to continue taking this. My blood work always shows my red blood cells as being small. My intention in taking this was to see if it would improve that. I'll update with my next labs.
