Loved my vibration plate

Loved the vibration plate enough to try this. Red light therapy is supposed to be helpful so I wanted to try thisi gave a 4 star rate because I haven’t had enough time with it yet. So far I think it’s difficult to follow the directions

What a relief

I developed lymphedema after surgery. It was so bad I couldn't even walk so I spent most of my time in bed which was not conducive to healing. I was waiting for a referral to a lymphedema clinic when a friend gave me the lifepro belt. I tried it one time and the swelling went down a little after the first use. I plan to use this daily along with my physical therapy to get my leg back in working condition.
