I wish it filtered a little faster

I just started using this pitcher and so far so good. My cousin who recommended this to me did warn me it takes a long time for the water to filter through the housing which can be frustrating when you want to quickly fill it back up. And sometimes I notice that water didn’t fully drain out which I said I was going to call customer service about. Although this issue is not quite resolved this solves my issue of wanting to not use as much plastic water bottles. Water tastes great though.

Silicone base wobbles

The pitcher is very nice looking but the silicone base doesn’t fit properly and makes the pitcher wobble.

Looks good, tastes great

Would have given 5 stars but I'm a senior and it's hard getting the filter section in and out. It's also a little heavy when full of water. Love it. Use it everyday.

Chipped plastic

I had to adjust the spout lineup after putting it all together and a piece of the plastic filter holder lip snapped off on Day 3. I was not overly stressing it, I swear. It's an expensive investment to break this quickly.

I’m very much enjoying using

I’m very much enjoying using the glass 7 cup lifestraw filter jug. I feel good supporting the great work that the company does, while feeling also as if I’m doing as much as I can to reduce my exposure to microplastics. It works great and looks good one my countertop, reminding me to keep happily hydrated too! Thanks for such a great product.
