Look and feel comfortable

These shoes seem comfortable but I've only worn them around the house so far. The 9 is a little snug in the width but I was afraid a wide width would be too big. I never wear a w width. But they don't buckle on the sides and that's an issue I have many times with loafers. So I'll keep them.

Sizes are different

This is the second pair of shoes I got from Macy's in the past few months and the size is not accurate. Prior I used to buy all my shoes at Macy's via the internet and the size was great. But lately, I don't know what changed but won't be buying shoes from them again.

Super comfortable

I travel a lot for work and needed new shoes so, I got these. I have flat feet and got a 6.5W. They’re incredibly comfortable and fit perfectly. However, they go off through TSA which, is a pain and, it’s disappointing because I was under the impression the heel didn’t have any metal in it. Other than this, they’re great.

Instep is too low

These shoes are so 😍 cute! I ordered the wide size, but unfortunately, the instep is too low for me. They feel tight across the top of my foot and are uncomfortable to wear. I’m really sad that I have to return them.
