Not Durable

These shoes are super cute, and I love the straps; they're very comfortable! However, they do take some time to break in. During the first one or two wears, the sides of the front part (where the shoe meets your foot) can dig in. After a few wears, they stretch out. However, I’m not sure if that's a good thing, because the material is extremely malleable and not very durable. I have worn them only a handful of times and have already noticed some spots in the front of the shoes where the outer layer has chipped off (much quicker than my other LifeStride shoes). And now, there are indents in the front part, as if it's being squished forward. I've also noticed that when I walk in them, my feet tend to push forward, almost like they’re slides, so that is likely contributing. It seems like the design might be a bit off, as there isn’t enough support to keep your foot in place.

Sorry....

I needed black dress shoes. I just received them. The fit is awful. Back in the box they go. This is the 2nd pair of Life Strides I just purchased., They are being returned together. So very disappointing.

Perfect dressy shoes for a semi formal wedding

These shoes are so comfortable and look beautiful. Even tho I broke them in anticipation but there really was no need. The block heel works very well for me and I’m 5’9” and 68 .
